Privacy Policy

This website, ineedvalentina.com (the "Site"), is operated by Valentina Fox, based in Los Angeles,California USA ("I", "Me", "My"). This policy explains what information the Site collects, why, and what happens to it. By using the Site you agree to it.

1. Who this Site is for

The Site is for adults only (18+, or 21+ where the law requires). When you enter, you confirm your age; the Site remembers that choice with a cookie for 30 days.

2. What I collect, and why

1. Newsletter. Your email address, when you subscribe. It is stored on the Site and sent to My mailing-list service (Sendy, hosted on this same domain) to send you My newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from both.
2. Slave application ("Serve Me"). The name or alias, email, experience, interests, tribute platform and message you submit, plus your IP address, so I can review your application and contact you.
3. Video call bookings. Your alias, email, chosen platform and username, your answers, the time slot, the amount, your IP address, and the order number from My store. I use them to hold your slot, confirm your payment, run the call and contact you. Payment itself is handled by My store (see section 4): the Site never sees your card details.
4. Goon log. The alias, minutes and note you choose to publish on the leaderboard, plus your IP address (anti-spam). Everything you post there is public by design.
5. Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, date and time) for security and error diagnosis.

I don't buy data about you, and I don't track you across other websites.

3. Cookies

The Site sets only the cookies it needs to work: your 18+ confirmation (30 days) and a session cookie (it expires when you close your browser, or after 2 hours of inactivity). They are not used for advertising. The embedded store (see section 4) may set its own cookies.

4. Services I use

1. Ecwid by Lightspeed — My store, embedded on this Site. Purchases, tributes and video-call payments go through Ecwid and its payment processors. Their privacy policies apply to the data you give them: https://www.ecwid.com/privacy-policy
2. Sendy (self-hosted on this domain) — newsletter delivery.
3. Telegram — the Site sends Me a private message when you book a call or submit an application. Your alias, email and message are included in that message, delivered to Me only.
4. YouTube, Twitch — the Site displays My latest videos and stream schedule. No personal data is sent to them unless you click through.
5. Hosting — the Site is hosted in the United States by HostGator.

5. How long I keep it

1. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
2. Applications: until reviewed, and at most 12 months.
3. Bookings: 12 months after the call, for accounting and dispute purposes.
4. Goon log entries: until removed.
5. Server logs: 30 days.
6. Daily backups of the Site's database are kept for 14 days.

6. Who sees it

Me, and the services listed in section 4 as needed to run the Site. I don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone else. I may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect My rights or safety.

7. Your rights

You can ask Me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to help@ineedvalentina.com. I answer within 30 days. Residents of the EU/UK and of US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them; I honor them for everyone.

8. Security

The Site runs over HTTPS. Passwords (for My admin) are hashed. Data is stored on My hosting account and in My daily backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data, I'll tell you.

9. Minors

The Site is not for anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given Me data, write to Me and I'll delete it.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Significant changes are announced on the Site.
