These terms govern your use of ineedvalentina.com (the "Site"), operated by Valentina Fox, Los Angeles, California, USA ("I", "Me", "My"). By using the Site, buying from My store, booking a call or submitting anything, you accept them.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by law) and legally allowed to view adult content where you live. By entering you confirm that this is the case. If it isn't, leave now.

2. What the Site is

The Site presents My work as a professional Dominatrix and Findom: clips and items sold through My store, video calls, phone and messaging lines on third-party platforms, a newsletter, and community features (the goon log, applications to serve Me). Everything here is adult entertainment between consenting adults. Nothing is medical, financial or legal advice.

3. Tributes, purchases and the no-refund policy

  1. All tributes, gifts, purchases and video-call payments are final and non-refundable. This is the nature of what I offer: the moment you send, it's Mine. Chargebacks and payment disputes on completed transactions are considered fraud and will be reported to the payment processor and the platform concerned.
  2. Purchases in My store are processed by Ecwid and its payment providers under their own terms. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax may be added at checkout where applicable.
  3. Video calls: your tribute books the slot. You may cancel through the "My Booking" page at least 24 hours before the call; I may, at My sole discretion, apply your tribute to a new date. Cancel late, or fail to show, and your tribute is forfeited. If I have to cancel, I'll offer a new date.

4. My limits, your conduct

My limits are listed on the FAQ page and they are not negotiable. You agree to be respectful, to never record, screenshot, download or redistribute any call, clip or image, and to never contact Me with threats, harassment, or attempts to reach My vanilla life. I can refuse, end or ban anyone, at any time, without refund.

5. Content and copyright

Everything on the Site and in My store — videos, images, texts, My name and brand — belongs to Me (or is used under license) and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a clip gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch it. You may not copy, share, upload, sell, edit or publicly display any of it.

6. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@ineedvalentina.com with: your contact details, the work you own, the exact URL of the content on this Site, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notices follow the same route.

7. User submissions

What you submit (applications, goon log entries, messages) must be yours, lawful and free of malware. You grant Me the right to use goon log entries on the Site. I may remove anything at any time. Files sent to Me by email or links are opened at My discretion; never send executables.

8. Third-party platforms

Links to LoyalFans, SextPanther, Telegram, Twitch, YouTube, iWantClips, Clips4Sale, ManyVids and others lead to sites I don't control. Their terms apply there.

9. No warranty, limited liability

The Site is provided "as is". I don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and My total liability for anything related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid Me in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State named at the top of this page and by the laws of the United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts of that State, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

11. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
